Another batch of humanitarian aid was handed over to Ukrainian medics.
This time the doctors received cars and equipment from well-known brands Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce.
In particular, five ambulances arrived in Ukraine from the United Kingdom on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. They are already equipped with the necessary medical equipment and can go on calls.
Ambulances will be at the disposal of the defenders of Ukraine and departmental health care institutions coordinated by the Ministries of Defense and Interior.
Rolls-Royce did not provide humanitarian aid, not cars, but two powerful diesel generators. As you know, the British company produces not only luxury cars but also aircraft and marine engines, as well as energy equipment.
Rolls-Royce diesel generators will serve regional hospitals in Kyiv and Mykolayiv. They are able to supply electricity to several buildings at once.
We know of cases where the presence of a generator in a hospital has been a defining condition for saving lives. Unfortunately, these are recent examples of the Russian military’s systematic shelling of our hospitals. The connected generator allows not interrupt the work of the institution and can maintain its life in the autonomous mode for one day. Those generators that came to us are able to ensure the operation of not only one building, but all buildings, if it is a large regional hospital.
