Another fresh raw material is coconut flour . Due to the significant fiber and protein content, it is a very useful alternative to regular wheat flour. It doesn’t have a special taste, but the pastries smell nice. Coconut flour can replace from a quarter to half of the white flour contained in each sweet dessert. If the oven is made of gluten-free flour, xanthan gum will definitely come in handy. It is a natural emulsifier, also called E415. But don’t worry, this electronic cake is completely natural, it surprisingly prolongs the shelf life of food, and at the same time the pastry does not crumble so much. If you use xanthan gum, you will practically replace the gluten properties in gluten-free flour. This ingredient helps the dough to hold well.

An interesting way to replace the classic white sugar beet is coconut sugar . It has a lower glycemic index, so after consuming it, not so much fat is deposited in the body. It contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and the dessert smells nice.
